• Q: Where do you ship from?

A:We ship from New Jersey, USA.

• Q: What are your shipping policies?

A:We ship using USPS and we try and get all orders out as soon as possible. We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after getting an order. This, however, does not apply any pre-orders. 

• Q: How long will it take to get my product?

A:It usually takes 4 to 7 business days to receive your orders when using Standard Shipping. However this also depends on where you are located. If you would like your order faster you have the option at checkout to pick Two Day Delivery.

• Q: Where do you ship to?

A:We do indeed ship internationally,however, with this choice please be aware that the delivery timing is longer. 

• Q: What are your return policies? 

A:We try and prepare and handle each order with care and well watch. But if for any reason you get the wrong size, wrong style or color of product we allow returns 10 days after the purchase.

• Q: Do you refund?

A:We do refund if we see the situation fit.
